The Ascend Tech Academy A-Level Mathematics Summer Preparation Programme is an intensive two-week course designed to help students strengthen their mathematical foundations before the new academic year begins.

Transitioning into A-Level Mathematics can be challenging. Students are expected to apply GCSE knowledge fluently while tackling entirely new concepts at a much faster pace. This programme bridges that gap by reviewing essential prerequisite topics, introducing key A-Level ideas, and developing the confidence needed to succeed from the very first lesson.

Whether you are entering Year 12 and beginning A-Level Mathematics, or progressing into Year 13 and preparing for the most demanding stage of the course, this programme provides the ideal opportunity to refresh, strengthen and extend your mathematical skills.

Throughout the programme, students will work through carefully selected topics that underpin success across Pure Mathematics and Statistics. Lessons are highly interactive, with a strong emphasis on understanding concepts rather than memorising procedures.
